Meet Konstantinos, one of our team leads.
Hey, I’m Konstantinos! I was born in Belgorod, Russia, but grew up in Greece. Since I was 18, I’ve lived abroad—starting with an American university in Bulgaria, then moving to Germany for my Master’s at RWTH Aachen. Today, I live and work in Cologne, where I’ve found both professional growth and a real sense of community.
I joined MobiLab as a Cloud Engineer and Team Lead. Initially, my work focused on backend development and DevOps. Over time, I shifted more toward Cloud Architecture, where I now design and implement enterprise-grade solutions — spanning Azure networking, governance, automation, and monitoring. Along the way, I earned my Azure Developer Associate certification and gained hands-on experience with services like Container Apps, Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.
I’m also passionate about AI and love staying up to date with the latest trends in Cloud and technology. MobiLab gives me the freedom to explore these topics and apply them directly to projects, whether it’s through experimentation, collaboration, or internal knowledge sharing.

One of my key responsibilities is mentoring and supporting our interns. I welcome them to the team, onboard them, and help design tasks that are as close to real-life projects as possible. It’s not just about writing code. We guide them through agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, and technical stacks like Java or Kotlin. Our goal is to prepare and ignite their passion for tech, whether for future studies or the next step in their career.
What makes MobiLab special to me is the people. We have a team of professionals from over 40 countries, each with different stories and strengths. Everyone is open to a chat, ready to share knowledge, and eager to grow together. Every experience becomes a template for the next, as we constantly refine and reuse what we’ve learned across customer projects.
Outside of work, I stay active. I play football and basketball with colleagues after hours, and I often go bouldering — with my 2-year-old daughter joining in sometimes! Parenthood keeps me grounded, but so does a great movie or TV series after a long day.
